Her ties to the Pokemon film franchise have run deep ever since, and she has remained known as a defining vocalist of the series. For the anime film 'Pokemon the Movie: I Choose You!', she performed the ED theme 'Oracion no Theme - Tomo ni Arukou', returning to the series after a long absence. Building on the motif of 'Oracion' from a past film, the emotional number reaffirming Ash and Pikachu's bond was warmly welcomed by fans.
