Claiming to be the niece of Meme Oshino, Ougi appears before Koyomi Araragi as an enigmatic figure. She performed decent black, the OP of TV anime Owarimonogatari, written by meg rock and composed by Mito of Clammbon, capturing Ougi's mysterious aura with Mizuhashi's lustrous vocal.
