Ai, Mai, and Mii are the characters of Ai Mai Mi, the three girls of the manga research club, voiced respectively by Yuka Otsubo, Aya Uchida, and Maaya Uchida. As the slightly hopeless and wildly surreal main trio of the series, they drive its daily gag antics and perform the opening theme "Girigiri Saikyou Ai Mai Mi!" in chorus under their character names, embodying the show's chaotic, high-energy worldview through music as well.
