Character credit for voice actress Sora Amamiya as the heroine Kaori Fujimiya of the TV anime One Week Friends. The ED theme is a cover of Sukima Switch's classic Kanade, written by Takuya Ohashi and Shintaro Tokita, where Amamiya's translucent vocals evoke Kaori's weekly memory loss. The track was reused as the theme for the live-action film adaptation.
