A Japanese female singer-songwriter from Chikuzen, Asakura, Fukuoka Prefecture, who drew attention after taking first place in a popular vote on an audition site and made her major debut from there. For the TV anime Dance in the Vampire Bund, she covered Rebecca's classic Friends as the opening theme on FlyingDog, given a new arrangement by Junpei Fujita of Elements Garden that brought fresh charm to the song. She followed with Camellia no Hitomi, the ending theme of the TV anime Aria the Scarlet Ammo, leaving memorable songs that colored the late-night anime scene.
