A male singer-songwriter from Fujisawa, Kanagawa Prefecture, known for warm vocals and an acoustic-rooted, plain-spoken sound, who endeared himself to a wide audience through regular appearances on NTV's ZIP! Smile Caravan. He sang Itsudatte, the opening theme of the TV anime Wandering Son, with a gentleness that nestles up to the gender-questioning hearts of its young leads, and Moshimo, the opening theme of the TV anime Naruto Shippuden, where he powerfully voices feelings of parting and reunion with comrades. He now continues his work under his real name, daisuke katayama.
