A singer and musical actor from Nishinomiya City, Hyogo Prefecture. Familiar with R&B and soul from childhood through his father's influence, after his major debut he took on many anime tracks marked by delicacy and atmosphere, including the ending theme Trust Me for the TV anime Durarara!!, the ending theme Bird for Black Butler and its sequel Black Butler II, and the opening theme SEE YOU for Natsuyuki Rendezvous. He has also taken stage roles such as Sebastian in the Black Butler musicals.
