Her real name is Ruri Gokou, an otaku girl with chuunibyou tendencies who dresses in gothic lolita attire. As both friend and rival to Kirino, she hides delicate feelings behind her aloof demeanor. She sings the in-show ending themes "Masquerade!," "Inochi Mijikashi Koiseyo Otome," and "Shokuzai no Serenade" under her character name, coloring the story with a mysterious, aesthetic atmosphere.
