A Japanese rock band whose original members hail from Tokushima Prefecture. Active as a girls' band centered around Eriko Hashimoto (Vo/Gt) and Akiko Fukuoka (Ba), they left a major mark on the Japanese women's rock scene, including holding a Nippon Budokan show within a short time after their debut. Their sound is marked by candid, down-to-earth lyrics paired with up-tempo band arrangements. In anime and drama tie-ups, they have provided 'Koko dake no Hanashi' as the ending theme for the TV anime 'Princess Jellyfish' and 'Shangri-La', associated with the 'Hataraki Man' TV drama, which was also linked to the anime adaptation and remains one of their signature songs.
