kukui is a music unit formed by myu and Haruka Shimotsuki, devoted to spinning fairytale-flavored fantasy worlds through their own sonic palette. Working primarily through Lantis, they have written numerous anime themes, including Little Primrose, the opening of the TV anime Kagihime Monogatari Eien Alice Rondo, Starry Waltz, the opening of the TV anime The Good Witch of the West: Astraea Testament, and Chizu Sanpo, the opening of the TV anime Maria-sama ga Miteru 4th Season. They also contributed Hikari no Rasenritsu to the TV anime Rozen Maiden Traumend, threading translucent harmonies through fantasy-leaning series.
