Shizuka Ito is a voice actress and singer with appearances in numerous anime and game works. In the Hayate the Combat Butler series, she plays student council president Hinagiku Katsura, earning enormous popularity as one of its leading heroines. For the second season Hayate the Combat Butler!!, she sang the ending theme Honjitsu, Mankai Watashi Iro! under the name Hinagiku Katsura starring Shizuka Ito, brightening the show with a gorgeous character song featuring the Hakuou Academy student council trio. With her composed mellifluous voice and wide-ranging character expression, she handles leads and quirky roles alike, and is highly regarded as a singing voice actress.
