Team Dragon from AKB48 is a derivative unit composed of seven members selected from AKB48 under Yasushi Akimoto's complete production: Atsuko Maeda, Minami Takahashi, Mayu Watanabe, Yuko Oshima, Tomomi Itano, Haruna Kojima, and Yuki Kashiwagi. They performed Kokoro no Hane, written as the ending theme for the Fuji TV anime Dragon Ball Kai. With lyrics by Akimoto and music by Kensuke Yoko, the song coloured the ending of this remake of the national battle manga by Akira Toriyama, and was released through Columbia Music Entertainment. The music video was directed by Michael Arias, and the members were involved deeply with the work, including taking on voice acting roles.
