Kyoko Tsuruno was one of the stage names used by voice actress Tomoko Ishimura during the late 1990s and early 2000s. In Seraphim Call she played Ayano Hiiragi and performed the ending theme Return to myself, arranged by Akifumi Tada. Her gentle vocal matched the heroine's journey of self-rediscovery, supporting the voice-actress omnibus format of the show. As she moved between agencies she changed stage names and now works under her real name.
