Yu Asakawa is a female voice actress active since the late 1990s. She is widely known as Rider across the Fate/stay night TV anime and the Heaven's Feel theatrical trilogy, and has voiced a broad range from cool-beauty to fiery types, including Sakaki in Azumanga Daioh, Motoko Aoyama in Love Hina, Chouun Shiryuu in Ikki Tousen, and Leone in Akame ga Kill!. As an anime singer she performed Endless tomorrow, the ending of the voice-actress omnibus Seraphim Call, where she also played Kasumi Kurenai, with lyrics and music by Hideki Sakuma.
