Ayako Kawasumi is a female voice actress and singer active since the late 1990s. She is widely known as Saber across the Fate/stay night franchise, and has played many heroines who blend grace with inner strength, including Mahoro Andou in Mahoromatic, Megumi Noda in Nodame Cantabile, and Lafiel in Crest of the Stars. As a singer she has left a long list of character songs and themes, including Album for Seraphim Call, the openings Kaerimichi and So-re-i-yu for Mahoromatic, Farewell to my love for Banner of the Stars II, ...to you for Piano, and Love Love! Chu Chu! for My Wife is a High School Girl.
