Maria Yamamoto is a female voice actress, singer, and scriptwriter active since the late 1990s. She made her voice acting debut as Tsukino Miyazawa's sister Kano in His and Her Circumstances and has since appeared in titles such as Hand Maid May as Cyberdoll May, Momoiro Sailor, and Black Witch School Comes! as Shion Meg. As a singer she has left a string of delicate, translucent anime ending themes, including Yes it's my true love for the voice-actress omnibus Seraphim Call, Venus to Chiisana Kamisama for NieA_7, and Snow flower for A Little Snow Fairy Sugar, a vocal preserved from her originally planned role as Sugar.
