DAY-BREAK is a solo project from artist Daisuke Yamamoto, who was selected through audition. His debut single 'ONE -Kono Yo ga Hatete mo Hanarenai-' and follow-up 'Cross My Heart' were both used as ending themes for the TV anime 'Ceres, Celestial Legend', with lyrics by Yuriko Mori and music and arrangement by Ryo Sakai. The ballads carried the wavering emotions characteristic of Yuu Watase's shojo manga source, and he later continued his career as vocalist of the band Mama's Bedroom.
