Yasuaki Ide is a singer-songwriter, keyboardist, guitarist, and music producer from Kyoto. His signature anime tie-up is the opening theme 'Reckless fire' for the TV anime 's-CRY-ed', with lyrics by Mikio Sakai and music and arrangement by Daichi Suzuki. Ide's soaring vocals and the song's driving sound became an anthem embodying the world of this hot-blooded sci-fi action series. He later released the self-cover 'Reckless fire 2011' for the theatrical compilation 's-CRY-ed Alteration', cementing the song as a long-loved anime theme.
