Ikue Kimura is a voice actress who played the protagonist Ryoko Mikuruga in the TV anime 'SAMURAI GIRL: Real Bout High School', and also performed the opening theme 'Aoi Shuumatsu' in character. The song is a cover of Minako Honda's 1985 single, produced by a golden-age team: lyrics by Masao Urino, composition by Kyohei Tsutsumi, and arrangement by Motoki Funayama.
