P.E.T.S. is a character unit formed by the voice actresses who played the twelve guardian angels in the TV anime 'Angel Tales (Otogi Story: Tenshi no Shippo)'. The lavish lineup included Rie Tanaka, Sakura Nogawa, Mayako Nigo, Yasuko Konomi, Yukana, Ayako Kawasumi, Sakoko Chiba, Akiko Kobayashi, Chiaki Osawa, Aya Hirano, Shizuka Hasegawa, and Mei Shimizu. Their key track is the opening theme 'Tenshi no Shippo', with lyrics by Juugatsu Juusan, composition by Ritsuko Miyajima, and arrangement by Kenichi Sudo, colouring with lively chorus the gentle story of pets descending to earth as angels.
