Sleepin' JohnnyFish is a music unit from the Kansai region consisting of vocalist OKEI and guitarist SHO. Formed in 1999 as a five-piece band, the lineup pared down to two members from 2001 after departures, and the unit made its major debut in 2002. Their debut single 'Telescope' was chosen as the opening theme for the TV anime 'Happy Lesson The TV', with composition by SHOGO and arrangement by Akihisa Matsuura. They also handled 'RADIO Jack', the opening for the follow-up series 'Happy Lesson Advance', cementing their role as voices coloring the world of the franchise.
