Origa is a Russian-born singer who performed the opening theme "inner universe" for "Ghost in the Shell: Stand Alone Complex" (2002). She co-wrote the lyrics with Shanti Snyder, with composition and arrangement by Yoko Kanno. The mystical track, woven with Russian, English, and Latin, is known as one of the most iconic songs of the Ghost in the Shell franchise.
