SABOTEN is a three-piece pop-punk band formed in Osaka in 1999, led by Kiyoshi (vocals/guitar). Their sound combines high-velocity punk with emotional, melodic songwriting that resonates with the inner lives of younger listeners. In anime, they performed 'Scenario', the final ending theme of 'NARUTO' Part I, written and composed by Kiyoshi. The straight-ahead, fast-driving punk track closed out the first NARUTO series with passionate energy and remains the band's signature anime tie-up.
