IKUO (Ikuhisa Shibuya) is one of Japan's leading technical bassists, active as a support member for T.M.Revolution and in bands such as BULL ZEICHEN 88 and THE CHOPPERS REVOLUTION, widely known for virtuosic bass playing. In anime, his solo debut single 'LONG WAY' was used as an opening theme for 'The Prince of Tennis', a propulsive rock track he composed and arranged himself with lyrics by Kei Noguchi. The driving song amplified the heat of the show's match sequences, and his exceptional bass sense shines throughout, making it a long-loved entry for Tenipuri fans.
