Hamaguchi Hiromu is a singer-songwriter who writes both his own lyrics and melodies. His signature work is 'SAKURA,' released in January 2004 as the sixth-period ending theme for the TV anime 'The Prince of Tennis,' with arrangement by Keisuke Kikuchi. It was the franchise's first ballad-style ending theme, a lyrical piece that uses cherry blossoms as a backdrop to depict meetings and partings, setbacks and new beginnings.
