Fayray is a female artist who has built a long career as a singer-songwriter. One of her signature works is 'I do,' the ending theme for the TV anime 'Cyborg 009: The Cyborg Soldier' (2001), for which she wrote both the lyrics and the melody herself, with arrangement by Hitoshi Harukawa. The song is an English-leaning, internationally minded ballad whose electronica-flavored sound accents lend color to its wide, sweeping melody. After starting her career within a producer-led project, she gradually established herself as a true singer-songwriter, building her catalog largely around her own writing.
