pigstar is a Japanese rock band whose members include vocalist and guitarist Tomonori Sekiguchi, bassist and chorus Ryoji Sekiguchi, and guitarist and keyboardist Takayuki Watanabe. They are best known for performing two consecutive opening themes for the popular BL anime franchise Junjo Romantica: Kimi=Hana, their second single released in April 2008 for the first season, and Shoudou, their third single released that November for Junjo Romantica 2. Tomonori Sekiguchi wrote both lyrics and music for the songs, while the band arranged them themselves, lending the series a lyrical and emotive signature.
