Tegomass is a vocal unit of Yuya Tegoshi and Takahisa Masuda from the Johnny & Associates group NEWS. The unit name was coined by taking two characters each from their surnames 'Tegoshi' and 'Masuda.' Powered by clear high tones and tightly arranged harmonies, the duo gained popularity through breezy, acoustic-leaning pop. Anime tie-ups became a backbone of their releases: the opening 'Kimi+Boku=LOVE?' and ending 'Kiss ~Kaerimichi no Love Song~' for 'Lovely Complex,' and the endings 'Aiaigasa' and 'Kataomoi no Chiisana Koi' for the 'Neo Angelique Abyss' series. Their bright, cute delivery suited Aya Nakahara's shojo rom-com and the otome-game adaptation alike, with all lyrics by zopp.
