Kaori Mizuhashi is a Japanese voice actress from Tokyo, affiliated with Arts Vision. She is known for a cool, centered voice and a finely judged acting style that catches inner shifts of emotion. Signature roles include Mami Tomoe in 'Puella Magi Madoka Magica,' Chika Ogiue in 'Genshiken,' Kasumi Haruno in 'Kasumin,' and Ougi Oshino in the 'Monogatari' series.
