Mother Ninja is a collaborative project formed within Avex, consisting of MOTSU of m.o.v.e, Mitsuhiro Hidaka (Geeny) of AAA and the vocalist Akico (Aboo). Their music draws eclectically on hip-hop, reggae, Latin funk and electronica. Their best-known anime work is the ending theme 'Talkin' bout good days' for the street-racing series 'Wangan Midnight', composed by MOTSU and built around a relaxed, mid-tempo groove that complements the show's nocturnal sense of speed on Tokyo's elevated expressways.
