SOIL&"PIMP"SESSIONS is a jazz band who performed the opening theme "Paraiso" for the anime "Michiko & Hatchin" (2008). Composition by leader Tabu Zombie, with self-arrangement by the band. Self-described as "death jazz" with an aggressive live presence that has earned a devoted international following, they infused Latin jazz energy into the opening of this Brazil-set action anime.
