AciD FLavoR was a Japanese rock band active from 2000 to 2010, comprising Shigeru (vocals), Ryo (guitar and vocals), Tei (bass), and Taiju (drums). Their style featured aggressive guitar work and catchy melodies grounded in straightforward rock songwriting. Their best-known anime tie-up is 'FEELING,' the opening theme for 'Hakushaku to Yousei' (Earl and Fairy), with lyrics and composition by Shigeru and arrangement jointly handled by the band and Shigeyuki Tanaka. The song added a propulsive rock energy to the Victorian fantasy series, helping shape the impression of the early episodes. Although the band has since dissolved, their decade of activity left a lasting impression among anime music fans who recall their contribution to the late-2000s anime rock landscape.
