Dev Parade is a Japanese hip-hop/rock hybrid band where every member weighs over 100 kilograms, formed in 2006 when vocalist Handsome Hanji and guitarist ugazin discovered both exceeded the 100 kg mark. They are known for both their imposing physical presence and their high-energy musicianship. Their signature track is 'Bacchikoi!!!,' released in January 2009, which was selected as the ending theme of the TV anime 'NARUTO Shippuden.' The lyrics were co-written by Handsome Hanji and COYASS with composition by the band themselves, and as a fully macho cheering song it drew attention from both domestic and overseas anime fans, becoming a memorable entry in the NARUTO Shippuden ending lineup.
