BeForU is a Japanese idol-dance unit formed in November 2000 through an audition to sing music for Konami's BEMANI series and Dance Dance Revolution. The unit was produced by Naoki Maeda, and the original four members were Riyu Kosaka, Noria (Kia Shiraishi), Yoma Komatsu, and Shiyuna Maehara. They are known for 'Dive,' the first Japanese-language pop song featured in the Dance Dance Revolution series. Their representative anime tie-up is 'Strike Party!!!,' the ending theme for the third series of 'Major.' Lyrics were by Riyu Kosaka, with composition and arrangement by LOVE+HATE. It is also recorded as the last BeForU song to appear in a BEMANI game.
