Yukari Fukui is a Japanese actress, voice actress, and singer from Kanagawa Prefecture. She has played lead roles such as Nia Teppelin in 'Tengen Toppa Gurren Lagann' and Raraiya Monday in 'Gundam: Reconguista in G,' winning fans for her expressive range. As a singer, she joined the cast unit Goth Loli Shoujo Tanteidan for 'Saint October' while also performing the show's ending theme 'Michinaru Basho e' solo, and later sang 'Rain Of Love,' an ending theme for 'Dragonaut: The Resonance.' Both songs feature composition and arrangement by Yo Takagi.
