Shonen Kamikaze is a Japanese rock band formed in 2004, making their major debut from Victor Entertainment in 2005. They are characterized by brilliant shower-like intros, sharp edged guitars, and passionate, refreshing twin-vocal harmonies. For anime, they performed the opening theme 'WINDER ~Boku wa Koko ni Iru~' for the sports anime 'Over Drive,' which depicts bicycle road racing, with vocalist Kazunori writing both lyrics and music. With an upper tune combining a sense of speed and emotion, they energized the opening of this passionate story of youth devoted to racing. Though the band once disbanded, they later reunited and continue to pursue an exhilarating rock sound centered on twin vocals.
