Kataoka Azusa is a performer active as a voice actress, stage actress, and singer. She made her voice-acting debut in 2005 with a leading-class character in 'Onegai My Melody' and subsequently gained wide recognition through starring roles. Among her representative works as a singer is 'Diamond Sparkle', the latter-half ending theme of the TV anime 'Sky Girls', which is also her first single under the name Kataoka Azusa, with lyrics by Seiko Fujibayashi and composition and arrangement by Yo Takagi. She engaged deeply with the series, also performing character songs and hosting related radio programs, and continues her work on both the voice-acting and singing fronts.
