MAKI is a female singer from Okinawa Prefecture, active across multiple fields including game-music composition, songwriting and vocals, and vocal instruction. Among her anime-related works is 'Ii jan! Yuujou', the opening theme of the TV anime 'Doujin Work', which is based on a four-panel comic. With lyrics by Chieko Suyama and composition and arrangement by Morihiro Suzuki, the bright, poppy number provided a lively gateway into the show, well suited to a work themed around the doujinshi world. Engaging not only in singing but also in music production and mentoring newer talent, she continues her work across a broad range of music-production fields.
