Ifu Sarasa

Ifu Sarasa is a female singer from Tokyo, born into a musical family with singer-songwriter Yousui Inoue as her father and singer Seri Ishikawa as her mother. She began working as a lyricist in 2006 with a song co-written with her father, and made her singing debut with a single in 2007. That very debut single was 'Curriculum', the opening theme of the TV anime 'Moyashimon', based on a manga set at an agricultural university. Ifu wrote the lyrics herself, with composition by Anders Hellgren and David Myhr and arrangement by Gakuji Matsuda. She continues to work as a performer whose hallmarks are free-spirited lyric writing and an expansive voice.
