Matsushita Moeko is a singer from Kobe, Hyogo. After winning recognition at a national beautiful-girl contest, she moved into music and released her debut single in 2001. That same year she performed the ending theme 'Ameagari' for the anime 'Angelic Layer,' adding a fresh, upbeat close to this battle-hobby work based on a CLAMP manga. Lyrics were by Chisa Tanabe, composition by Kazuhiro Hara, and arrangement by Takao Konishi. Alongside her singing she has worked as an actress and artist, later expanding her range into creative work under a separate name.
