Tokito Ami is an idol, TV personality, and singer from Tokyo, who also worked as a former gravure idol. She made her major-label debut in April 2006 with 'Sentimental Generation.' Her singles, beginning with the debut track, were produced by Tsunku♂, and she worked from an independent position outside Hello! Project. In anime, she handled two songs for the 2006 school comedy 'School Rumble: 2nd Semester': the opening theme 'Sentimental Generation' and the ending theme 'Kono Namida ga Aru kara Tsugi no Ippo to Naru.' Both were written and composed by Tsunku♂ and arranged by Shunsuke Suzuki, pop numbers that brightly colored the comical, lively atmosphere of the series.
