Oumi Tomoe is an artist active as both a voice actress and singer. After appearing in a TV anime in 2004, she made her singing debut in 2005 via an anime-related audition. She handled the ending theme 'Float ~Sora no Kanata de~' for the TV anime 'SoltyRei' and the ending theme 'Yuunagi' for 'Ray the Animation,' the latter written and composed by Masami Okui with arrangement by Jun Ichikawa.
