Kenji Otsuki and Fumihiko Kitsutaka is a unit of two members known from the rock band Kinniku Shojo Tai. They performed the ending theme 'Odoru Akachan Ningen' for the TV anime 'Welcome to the N.H.K.!' (2006). Otsuki wrote the lyrics while Kitsutaka handled composition and arrangement, with former Kinniku Shojo Tai members including Osamu Mishiba, Yuichiro Uchida, and Satoshi 'JOE' Miyawaki also taking part in the recording. An unusual work evoking the band's classic 'Odoru Dame Ningen' while weaving in the original story's theme of social withdrawal, it was highly praised as a distinctive track that strongly resonated with the show's dark and comical tone.
