Kahori Asou is an actress, voice actress, and singer from Tokyo. She made her voice-acting debut as the protagonist Ririka Moriya in the TV anime 'Nurse Angel Ririka SOS' (1995), where she sang the ending themes 'Ririka SOS' and 'Egao wo Wasurenai.' She has since continued working as a voice actress and narrator, centered on works directed by Akitaro Daichi. For the TV anime 'We Were There' (2006), she handled the ending theme 'Koko ni Ite,' letting a clear voice ring out that complemented the emotion of the bittersweet youth love story; the song's lyrics were written by Akitaro Daichi.
