Kiroro
Artist
Kiroro is a female duo from Okinawa. Their strengths are simple, lyrical ballads built around the transparent voice of Chiharu Tamashiro and the warm piano accompaniment of Ayano Kinjo, and they have won nationwide support with signature songs such as 'Nagai Aida' and 'Mirai e'. In anime, they handled 'Bokura no Message', the opening theme of NHK Educational's 'Uchu no Stellvia' companion series 'Mujin Wakusei Survive', gently enveloping the hope to live of the shipwrecked boys and girls. They also sang 'Ikite Koso', the opening theme of TV Tokyo's 'Mushiking: The Guardians of the Forest'. Their warm voice, singing of gratitude for life, softly colors this family-friendly children's anime.
