SaGa is a rock band active overseas. They specialize in straightforward rock tunes with English lyrics. On the anime front, they performed 'Brighter side', the opening theme, and 'And You', the ending theme, of the TV anime Viewtiful Joe, based on the Capcom action game of the same title. They provided bright, upbeat rock sound to this work, which features flashy American-comic-style direction and comical action, energizing the exploits of the hero Joe as he transforms into a superhero. Both songs were released as singles.
