In Japan she has released solo works tied to anime projects, and her single 'New World' was adopted as the opening theme for the TV anime 'Futakoi Alternative' produced by ufotable, the second anime adaptation of the reader-participation project 'Futakoi' (planning and scenario by Hina Futaba, character design by Mutsumi Sasaki) originating from MediaWorks' magazine 'Dengeki G's magazine'. A powerful yet catchy Asian pop sound aligned itself with the work's distinctive style, which blends a romantic comedy about twin sisters with a serious gang conflict, and the song breathes into the work a freshness unique to an overseas artist.
