Yoriko is a Japanese singer-songwriter whose strengths lie in a clear yet firmly centered voice and melodies with a grand sense of scale. She is highly regarded for combining delicate poetic sensibility with powerful vocals. She performed 'Daia no Hana', the opening theme of the anime 'BLACK CAT', based on the manga of the same name by Kentaro Yabuki. Written and composed by Yoriko herself, the track features former SIAM SHADE member DAITA on guitar and arrangement. With its dynamic and alternative rock sound, it casts light upon the story of conflict and rebirth of Train, who once made his name in the underworld as the strongest sweeper, as he seeks a new way of life as a sweeper.
