Tomoko Tokugaki is a singer active from the late 1980s into the 1990s. For 'The Three-Eyed One', based on Osamu Tezuka's manga, she performed the opening 'Question Mark Boomerang', and contributed the same song to the film 'Akumajima no Prince: Mitsume ga Tooru'. She also handled 'Horore Chuchu Parero' from 'Madou King Granzort' and 'Yubae ni Nare' from 'Jungle Emperor Leo' (1989). With varied singing attuned to each work's character, she colored the anime music of her era.
