■Overview
The original work is the popular manga "Ranking of Kings" by Sousuke Toka, serialized in KADOKAWA's Beam Comix. Following the previous TV series, which depicted the friendship between Prince Bojji—who cannot hear or speak—and Kage, a boy from a clan of shadows, this installment newly depicts episodes involving Bojji, Kage, and their companions that were not told in the TV series.
Animation production is by WIT STUDIO, directed by Yousuke Hatta, with series composition by Takashi Kishimoto and character design by Atsuko Nozaki.
